  Role Purpose 职位目标: 

  To maintain and develop good relationship with all clients by effectively and efficiently utilizing given resources and professional skills to deliver GSK product information so as to achieve individual and team sales target
  通过有效地利用已有资源及专业技巧来维护和发展与客户的良好关系,传递GSK产品信息,以期达到完成个人及团队的销售指标的目的。
 
  Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

  1. To promote GSK's pharmaceutical products in target hospitals in assigned territory and develop and maximize the healthy working relationship with key users in hospitals.
  在指定区域的目标医院中推广GSK的药品,同当地医院的使用者发展健康的工作关系并使其达到最佳化。

  2. To achieve allocated sales targets in assigned territory for the products at in-market levels through hospitals' dispensaries and specialist departments to the patients and to control personal expenditures within budgeted or agreed forecast levels for the local sales team in each territory.
  完成指定区域内实际通过医院药房和专门科室到达患者手中的药品销售指标,按要求合理控制个人费用。

  3. To assist Sales Supervisor/Manager to improve systems and processes that enable sales-force performance to be reviewed and assessed on both quantitative and qualitative basis (calls, coverage, sales, meetings, customer contacts and medical information provision quality performance ratings etc) by playing an active part in the implementation of SFA project.
  通过积极参与SFA项目的实施,协助销售主管或经理提高系统和流程以使得销售业绩能够在数量及质量上(拜访、覆盖率、销量、会议、客户接触及医学信息提供的质量等)得到检查及评估。

  4. To assist SPEs to ensure marketing strategy for individual products is linked closely to sales force activities
  协助销售发展专员确保每个产品的市场发展策略与销售活动紧密相连。.

  5. To implement the promotion plan which decided by Sales Supervisor/Manager and continuously improve territory management and activity planning systems within the sales team.
  执行销售主管/经理制定的推广计划,及不断改进区域管理和活动计划系统。

  6. To maximize relationships with customers (key users/KDMs) in hospitals in order to maximize sales of the team's products.
  发展与医院里的客户(主要使用者/主要决策者)的关系使得团队产品的销售达到最大化。

  7. To ensure that all activities undertaken by the sales team staff fully comply with the Company's policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct.
  确保所有销售队伍成员承担的活动完全符合公司的政策及质量标准,符合中华人民共和国的法律法规及其他相关的行为准则。

  8 Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
  符合GSK全球质量政策及全球质量方针。

  9. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  完成上级要求的各项任务。

  Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
  申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

  - Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.
  学士学位,医学、药学、生物学背景等尤佳

  - Strong communication and good interpersonal skill.
  很强的沟通及与人交往能力

  - Good information seeking and using skills
  良好的信息收集及运用能力

  - Basic computer skills and relevant software applications, i.e. WORD, EXCEL, etc
  基本的计算机操作技能及相应的软件运用能力,如:Word, Excel等等

  - Basic listening and speaking skills and good reading skills in English
  基本的英语听说及阅读能力

  - Analytical thinking and business planning
  分析能力及业务策划能力

  - Persistent, passionate and positive-thinking
